At a regular District 10 meeting, a league president shall request a meeting of district staff for that division of play where they can request that leagues create an Interlock, or "common" league.
The District Administrator (DA) will arrange a time, place, and location for the meeting and will discuss Interlock specifics for that league year.
The Interlock league rules should align, as much as possible, to regular season rules as outlined in the Little League rulebook. However, in such cases where not possible, the DA or his/her designated person will create special Interlock rules and should define things such as handling protects, rainouts, scheduling & re-scheduling, and other administrative details.
