Little League District 10 will assist local leagues to have as many players as possible playing in local leagues. Where leagues do not have enough teams, or players, for a division of play, District 10 will have all presidents come together for form a common league, or "Interlock" league.
The Interlock league at that division of play is voted upon and governed by rules published to the District 10 website.
During regular season, or tournament, play a protest situation may occur. A protest is outlined and defined in Rule 4.19 and should be followed by all leagues in District 10. All league administrators, managers, coaches, and umpires should review and understand the Little League protest process.
